Turn-key engineering and construction of a 69-room smart suites hotel demonstrating our full range of multi-disciplinary capabilities. This project integrated structural engineering, a 100 kWp solar photovoltaic array, 60,000 L/day water treatment plant, building management system with smart lighting and air-conditioning optimization, commercial laundry facilities, restaurant, and bar. Delivered in a post-conflict environment, the facility provides reliable renewable energy, clean water, and economic infrastructure that serves both guests and the broader community. The project showcases our ability to design and deliver complex, integrated systems in challenging environments while meeting international hospitality standards.
